Cancellations made in 7 days and less of the arrival date attract a fee of 100% of the value of the booking unless the dates are able to be rebooked. Cancellations made in 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival date attract a fee of 50% of the value of the booking unless the dates are able to be rebooked. Failure to arrive or or departure prior to the completion of the booking will incur a fee of 100% of the tariff.
